1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as final sale.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include your order number and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your request for an exchange in your return note.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
